Cleveland’s Own Kid Cudi Lands Another Acting Gig
From Shaker Heights to Hollywood
Scott Ramon Seguro Mescudi, aka Kid Cudi, may be sporadic with releasing music, but the acting jobs have certainly been piling up. His next project enlists him to work with Brittany Snow in her directorial debut for a film titled September 17th. Cudi worked with Snow most recently in a horror flick called X (check out the trailer below!).
Unfortunately, there aren’t a lot of specifics when it comes to September 17th, but if we can judge by his past performances, Cudi is set to excel. What we do know is that the film will follow the main character Riley, who is faced with image and body issues, while she develops a close bond with Ethan, who will be played by Cudi.

Cudi’s acting resume is ever-growing. We most recently got to watch him work in Netflix’s Don’t Look Up. He’s also featured in Netflix’s The Harder They Fall and 2014’s Project X. And for those of you who want even more Cudi, he’s got a documentary on Amazon called A Man Named Scott.
Are you in the mood for more acting roles for Cleveland’s own Kid Cudi?
X is due to hit theaters this Friday.
