Chris Brown Angers Ghanaians by Smoking on Stage
Chris Brown has pissed off people in yet another country. This time having the gall to commit a crime on stage while performing.
He was paid $1 million by Ghanaian company RLG to be a part of the unveiling of their “Hope City Project.” Well he didn’t bother showing up, even though the President of Ghana, John Mahama was there.
Nice, Breezy.
So when he finally did show up, he refused the limousine the company set up for him. His people said “he is not keen on Limousines,” and that Chris views limos as “a ride for prom.”
So when he performed, he put on a great show, but not without error. First off, he did a whole lot of cussing, which is not customary in Ghana…and then…this fool lit up a joint on stage. Seriously??
Marijuana is illegal in Ghana, and much less tolerated than in the US. It was such a big deal, Breezy’s actions wound up on the Ghanaian gossip site “Ghana Celebrities.”
