Frank Ocean Won’t Press Charges Against Chris Brown; He Just Wants ‘Peace’

Looks like Chris Brown is off the hook yet again.  Recently Frank Ocean tweeted that he won’t be pressing charges or filing a civil lawsuit against Chris Brown.  He also said that he forgives him because all he wants is peace…so melodramatic but anyway I’m waiting to see what Chris’ response will be.  Maybe he’ll start a new Instgram page (again).
