Gabriel Aubry, Halle Berry’s ex and father to their 4-year-old daughter Nahla, just scored a major victory in his custody battle with Halle Berry. Although a child support order was put in place, Gabriel has one now. And it’s a whopper– $20,000 a month! That means almost $250,000 a year!

So Gabe may have a boost in his income now, but I wonder would he still get support if Halle gets to move Nahla to Paris?
