WTF!!! SPORTS ILLUSTRATED MODEL HEADED TO JAIL?

(blackmediaSCOOP) NO DEAL! That’s what Sean Penn’s ex Jessica White told the courts today. You may also remember her from T.O.’s reality show on Vh-1. The 26 year old Sports Illustrated swimsuit model will try her luck with the court systems.

You may recall she was arrested for beating a chick’s butt on assault charges as she was celebrating the end of her relationship with the actor.

She rejected a plea deal Tuesday for her role in the fistfight back in October with another woman over a late-night taxi.

She could have just done 2 days of community service, 2 days of anger management and $446.96 in restitution. But now she’ll have to deal with da man! lol! She’ll go on trial May 17th and she could go to jail. I think she’d be considered a lipstick in jail right? Hmmm I wonder how this could help T.O.’s show.
